Ann Marie Buerkle has taken $62,000 from insurance CEOs, lobbyists, and PACs and voted to allow them to discriminate against women when it comes to providing equal coverage. And she voted to privatize Medicare, which will benefit the same insurance companies funding her campaign while costing seniors $6,400 more a year. Buerkle has refused to back real reforms, and has even voted against disclosure that would allow us to know who’s funding the attack ads. We need to say No to Ann Marie Buerkle.

Friends of Democracy targeted 28,166 voters in the race between incumbent Representative Buerkle and challenger Dan Maffei. Rep. Ann Marie Buerkle was defeated by a margin of 12,391 votes.
